How do I keep track of orders from a TikTok LIVE?

Step by step
Step 1: Agree how buyers claim an item
Tell your viewers to claim an item by writing its price in the chat, for example "20". One clear signal per claim means you never have to ask who wanted what. Repeat it at the start of the LIVE, because new viewers keep joining.
Step 2: Show one item at a time
Show the item, say the price and wait for the comments. When you move on, buyers write the new price. A different price is the easiest sign that a new item has started, so say it out loud: "the next one is 15".
Step 3: Note who claimed it first
The first comment with the price is the likely buyer, and the rest are next in line. In seconds you know who gets the item and who to ask if the first buyer changes their mind.
Step 4: Record the item with a photo
A photo taken during the LIVE is the surest way to tell two similar items apart when you pack them later. Attach it to the record straight away, while the item is still in front of the camera.
Step 5: Keep one order per customer
Everything a customer claims goes into the same open order, not into separate notes or screenshots. Recognise returning customers by their TikTok profile and add new ones once.
Step 6: Split items with the same price
When two items in a row have the same price, mark by hand that a new item has started. That way no comment gets merged into the previous item, even when you are moving fast.
