About Poruchko
Poruchko is software for TikTok LIVE sellers, built in Bulgaria. It is made by a team that works with LIVE sellers, so that nobody has to keep orders in a notebook.
Why we build Poruchko
After every LIVE there is work left: who claimed what, at which price, where the parcel goes. LIVE sellers in Bulgaria told us what they need to get through it quickly, and Poruchko is built around exactly that.
So it starts at the moment of the claim in the chat and goes all the way to a packed order, without typing the same details in several places.
- who wrote the price first for each item, with a photo from the LIVE
- one order per customer, even when they buy in several LIVEs
- orders prepared for shipping, with labels you print on a thermal printer or later
Where it works today
Poruchko is fully supported in Bulgaria today, including delivery. Comments are read from TikTok LIVE.
Selling in another country? Tell us which one and which couriers you use. That is how we decide what to build next, and where.
